Super Dave's Car Wash
At SuperDave’s Car Washes, we engineered a fully integrated IT infrastructure designed to support a modern, technology-driven car wash experience. Building on a facility concept centered around innovation and efficiency, we deployed advanced surveillance systems to ensure safety, operational visibility, and loss prevention across the entire site, complemented by a robust MicroLogic control system that streamlines automation, equipment coordination, and real-time performance monitoring. This foundation is supported by a high-performance network architecture that enables seamless communication between systems, from automated wash components to customer-facing services, ensuring reliability and speed in day-to-day operations. In addition, a strategically designed audio system enhances both staff coordination and customer experience throughout the climate-controlled facility, aligning with the brand’s focus on comfort, innovation, and service excellence.
GSA Galveston CBP Office
For the Galveston CBP Office (GSA) project, we delivered a comprehensive technology scope covering Division 27 and Division 28 systems, ensuring a secure and fully connected federal facility. Under Division 27, we implemented structured cabling with CAT6 infrastructure, installed and configured IDF network rack systems, and deployed access points to provide reliable, high-performance data and voice connectivity throughout the building, along with intercom system integration to support communication needs. Under Division 28, we designed and installed a complete intrusion detection and surveillance solution, including NDAA-compliant cameras, NVR systems, and a fully integrated IDS alarm system utilizing industry-leading components, ensuring compliance, security, and real-time monitoring. This project highlights our ability to execute mission-critical government work with a focus on network reliability, physical security, and scalable infrastructure aligned with GSA standards.
Historic Tours of America - The Reuter Building
For the HTA - Reuters Building project in San Antonio, we delivered a large-scale, multi-floor IT and security infrastructure deployment designed to support a complex, high-traffic attraction environment. Our scope included the implementation of an enterprise-grade UniFi network architecture consisting of multiple Pro 24 PoE switches, WiFi 7 access points, and distributed IDF/MDF design to ensure seamless connectivity across all floors. We engineered full-building wireless coverage with validated 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz heat mapping, along with integrated camera systems providing comprehensive surveillance coverage throughout key operational and public areas. In addition, we deployed an extensive access control system spanning multiple floors with door hubs, G3 readers, maglocks, and strike hardware, supporting over a dozen secured entry points and centralized system management. The project also evolved through multiple change orders to expand camera coverage, upgrade infrastructure, and enhance access control scalability, demonstrating our ability to adapt and execute in complex, phased environments while maintaining performance, security, and reliability.
Four Nine's Jewelry Store
For the Four Nine’s multi-location rollout, we delivered a comprehensive low-voltage and IT infrastructure solution built around detailed floorplan-driven design and execution. Our work included the installation of structured CAT6 cabling, strategically placed data drops for POS systems and TVs, and deployment of ceiling-mounted WiFi access points to ensure full interior coverage. We also implemented dedicated camera infrastructure with properly routed data lines and service loops for long-term maintenance and scalability, supporting both interior and exterior surveillance requirements. Across both locations, we focused on clean cable management, optimized network performance, and a scalable design that supports the fast-paced demands of a hospitality environment while maintaining reliability, security, and ease of future expansion.
San Antonio Travis Building
For the Travis Building (Alamo Cowork) project in downtown San Antonio, we designed and deployed a modern, scalable IT and network infrastructure tailored to a collaborative office environment. Our scope included the installation of a Ubiquiti-based network stack featuring a UDM-Pro gateway, PoE switching, and enterprise-grade WiFi 7 access points to deliver high-speed, reliable connectivity across shared coworking spaces, private offices, and conference rooms. We implemented structured CAT6 cabling from the MDF to access points and conference room displays, ensuring seamless connectivity for both tenant operations and collaborative technology use, including smart TVs and shared workstations. Additionally, we provisioned dedicated business-class internet service with static IP addressing to support secure, always-on connectivity for tenants and management systems. This project highlights our ability to deliver clean, efficient, and future-ready network environments that support flexible workspace models while maintaining performance, security, and scalability.
Luz Roja TEX-MEX
For the Luz Roja project, we delivered a complete, end-to-end IT and surveillance infrastructure designed to support a high-traffic restaurant environment with both performance and security in mind. Our scope included deploying a Ubiquiti-based network consisting of a UDM-Pro router, PoE switching, and multiple wireless access points to provide seamless connectivity for POS systems, guest WiFi, and back-office operations. In addition, we designed and installed a fully integrated, NDAA-compliant surveillance system featuring 11 high-definition cameras, centralized NVR storage with remote viewing capabilities, and structured CAT6 cabling to ensure reliability and clean installation throughout the facility.
